Refund Policy

Every family plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

After the trial, refunds are handled under the refund policy of our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can read it at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. If something isn’t right with your order, get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from the account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won’t be billed again.
